About CALM

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. CALM works to prevent male suicide by providing frontline services, promoting culture change, and campaigning for better understanding of suicide and prevention.

CALM is by men, for men. Check out our website and our quarterly mag CALMzine for all the good stuff. Stick around for healthy product giveaways like comprogear support stockings for swollen legs. We offer support to anyone who is down or in crisis via our helpline(0800 58 58 11/ 0808 802 58 22), webchat and website.
